Returns

We promise to bring you 100% authentic, high-quality products and a worry-free shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return any part to us within the warranty period, provided that the product is in its original packaging and condition.

Q: Can I return my lamp?

A: If you purchased your lamp directly from our website, then you may be eligible to return your product and get a full refund following the instructions below. If you purchased the lamp through a dealer or in-store, you need to return your lamp through the same dealer. We only process returns of items purchased online

Q: Where do I return my lamp?

A: If you have purchased your lamp and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any part to us within the warranty period, provided that the product is in its original packaging and condition.

Step 1. You must contact us by dialing the phone number of our company website or sending an email to get the product return authorization. Please refer to your order number.
Step 2. An email will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the request with the return address and complete shipping instructions.
Step 3. Please attach a copy of the original receipt and return mail.

Please note:

All returns must be paid for postage. COD or freight collect return is not accepted

Q: Someone told me that my lamp is non-refundable. Why?

Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any labor costs, trailers, rental cars, or other costs caused by incorrect or defective parts during installation. According to the situation of product returns, all return orders can be charged a 10% purchase fee.

Vehicle warranty: When ordering parts and accessories for a vehicle that is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, the owner is responsible for ensuring that the installation of these parts will not adversely affect the warranty. If in doubt, please contact your local repair dealer or vehicle manufacturer before ordering. Due to vehicle warranty issues, we are unable to accept parts return requests.

Warranty parts: Please refer to the warranty document attached to the product package. We reserve the right to charge a replenishment fee or refuse any evidence that its use or installation violates the manufacturer’s instructions, customer handling, packaging, or transportation improper parts.

Q: My light was damaged during transportation. what do I do?

Q: How long do I have to wait to receive the refund?

A: Return refunds will usually be processed and credited within 15 working days from the date our warehouse receives your return. After the return is approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product. You will receive a “Credit Approved” email on the day you get the credit. Please note that it may take 4-7 business days for your bank to credit your account or credit card.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an email to our return department and we will reply to you immediately.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All return orders can be charged a 10% purchase fee based on the return of the product. All returns must be properly packaged; we are not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging.

Installation

Q: Where can I find light output and dimensions?

A: Output specifications can be found on our Specification Sheets, available on the Model pages. Educational information about Lumens and other lighting terminology can be found here.

Q: My light doesn’t work properly.

A: Before you contact your dealer or distributor about returning a light, please conduct these simple tests to confirm that the problem really is a faulty light.
If it is a warrant-able issue, please contact your dealer or distributor. They would also be the ones you’d need to work with to make a warranty claim.

Q: Will I need to aim my headlights once installed?

A: This is always recommended after installation. For standard aiming instructions, click here.
Note: Wranglers only have a vertical adjustment screw.

Q: What if my headlights need horizontal adjustment?

A: Please refer to your authorized dealer if you need help with this issue.

Q: I have condensation inside my light.

A: Condensation is a naturally occurring phenomenon and will happen in any light given the proper conditions. It shouldn’t last more than a couple of hours. Double check your lights after that, and if you find water inside the housing after a couple hours you’ll want to contact the authorized retailer where you purchased it. Click here for more information.

Q: What’s the difference between DOT and ECE?

A: These are driving regulations based on your location. Most countries around the world have adopted one set of standards or the other, and for headlights to be street legal they must meet and be marked with the regulations adopted by that country.
DOT regulations are created by the United States Department of Transportation, for use in the U.S. & Canada. Meeting DOT lighting standards guarantees your lights are federally compliant in the United States for visibility, durability, and reliability to secure the safety of others.
ECE regulations come from the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. ECE versions feature DRL & FP functions. ECE-compliant guarantees your lights are compliant in the European Union and in non-European countries that have adopted ECE Regulations for visibility, durability, and reliability.

Q: Do I need one LHD and one RHD headlight for my vehicle?

Q: Do I need one LHD and one RHD headlight for my vehicle?
A: No. LHD means “Left-Hand Drive ” and RHD means “Right Hand Drive,” referring to which side of the driver sit.

For instance, a driver in the UK is Right Hand Drive and would use two RHD lights; a driver in China is Left-Hand Drive would use two LHD lights. or you can refer to it as RHD (right-hand drive)? RHD = LHT (left hand traffic), LHD = RHT (right hand traffic)

A: Factory, we keep developing new lights, 5 to 12 new products each season. OEM service (Package and logo customized service) is
available based on your requirements. Factory direct price and plenty of stock lights to make sure fast delivery.

Q: Where can I find all products in your company?

A: You may visit our main page or send your inquiry to require for a detailed category list.

Q: Is your price fixed? Or we may talk over it?

A: Our price depends on your order quantity, the product itself and whether you want OEM/ODM or not. We suggest you send your
inquiry with detailed product because we never offer the price list of all products in our store.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: It will take 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment generally. The specific delivery time depends on the items and
the quantity of your order.
